STEAR is Here – A New Era for Startups in Sønderborg!
Yesterday was a big day for entrepreneurs, innovation, and the future of tech in Sønderborg! The official launch of STEAR – Sønderborg Energy & Tech Startups marks a new chapter for ambitious startups like us at JumpLabs, providing access to funding, expert knowledge, and a powerful industrial network.
With the strong backing of Bitten & Mads Clausens Foundation, LINAK, Sønderborg Kommune, and SDU, STEAR is set to help tech and energy startups scale and succeed. It was truly inspiring to meet Henrik Bindslev, Mikkel Christoffersen, and so many other influential personalities who share the vision of making Sønderborg a leading hub for energy-efficient and tech-driven businesses.
Sønderborg has a deep-rooted entrepreneurial legacy—home to global names like Danfoss and LINAK—and with initiatives like STEAR, the next generation of startups has the opportunity to turn bold ideas into commercial success stories.

Bringing together founders, mentors, and fellow innovators, the dinner was more than just a meal—it was an extension of the relationships we are building through our journey. Over flavorful Indian dishes, meaningful conversations flowed, new friendships were formed, and ideas for the future took shape. It was a perfect way to reflect on the day's achievements, unwind, and bond over a shared passion for education and STEM innovation.

I-Pris gave us the incredible opportunity to pitch JumpLabs to a live audience of 300+ people, followed by insightful one-on-one interactions. Engaging with such a dynamic group allowed us to learn, grow, and extend our network as we continue our mission to make JumpLabs a household name in education and STEM innovation. 🌱
